Superiority through excellence

Ultra-Long CNTs

High-quality CNT mats, fibres and pulp

Our Single (G/D - 50) and Multi-Walled (G/D - 10) CNTs are > 100µm in length reducing flaking and deposits.

The crystalline quality and length result in supreme conductivity and strength in our textiles. Furthermore, the length of our CNTs makes them instrinsically safe.

Turquoise H2

Turquoise Hydrogen

Our process pyrolyzes waste methane, co-producing clean, CO2 free hydrogen.

CNTs can reduce your Scope 3 emissions and achieve your sustainability goals.

Secure your supply

Scalable manufacturing for high performance CNTs

Our patented process generates high volumes of high quality mats and fibres.

The process modularity and enigneering ingenuity results in a multi-tonne process, readily scaling to customer needs.

Our process and material

Our story

Starting in a small corner room of the University of Cambridge a breakthrough in CNT synthesis was borne. The achievement was reached 5 years ago. We began our mission to create high performance CNTs with tailored solutions. We strive is to give the world a carbon revolution and our customers the best CNT textiles to-date. Our teams unrivaled research ability means we provide produce by the multi-tonne, tailored to your applications needs. We pride ourselves on the high-quality of our material, giving you CNT materials that really will make a substaintial, beneficial difference.

Our materials

Product Type Crystalinity (G/D) Metal content (%) Observed Benefits
RMW-1 10 5-10 High carbon contents provides easily integratable material as well as an enhanced performance. Standard research grade material, available in sample sizes: 1-10g. If your application requires lower metal contents, contact us.
MPF-MW1 6-8 10-20 The CNTs from MPF1 are highly crystalline with improved dispersibility. The combination of length and crystallinity provides a unique blend to creating strong fibres and mats. Available in 10's of kg
RSW-1 35-60 10-15 Our single-walled CNTs have an extremely high aspect ratio. They offer improvement in their tensile strength. They offer other benefits such as dispersibility in different media. Available in 1-10g, longer lead time than RMW-1.

Applications

Batteries

Batteries are now oppurtunity space for the use of our pulp and sheets. Similar materials are being integrated as dopants within upcoming Li-ion battery technologies. We now offer CNT sheets and pulp for multiple substitutable battery components.

  • Stabilizes Silicon Anodes improving performance by x 10.
  • Improves Charge/Discharge Rates.
  • Reduces thermal runaway risk through superior heat dissipation.
  • Increases battery efficiency and drive range through weight reduction.

Dispersions

We offer organic and water-based CNT dispersions as an additive to your market needs. These have critical applications ranging from improving corrosion resistance in mairitime components to thin-film paints for electrical conductive sheets. They integrate well in polymers and can be used to enhance electrical conductivity.

  • Enhance electrical discharge in polymers.
  • Improves corrosion resistance whilst enhancing conductivity of the paints in maritime applications.
  • Provides a network for thin-film applications.
  • Enhances thermal conductivity of ceramics and other possible high-temperature applications.

Aerospace Composites

The quality of our CNTs is essential for lightweight composite structures and EMI shielding in high-altitude/vacuum environments, where material integrity is of utmost importance.

  • Eliminates particulate shedding/contamination risk across several critical components.
  • 9x weight reduction over traditional copper based products.
  • Superior mechanical strength and thermal transfer in critical airframes.
  • Operate in high stress environments in extreme radiation and vacuums.
